Practical Pet^TM was created with the goal of improving the relationship with my dog.

That meant keeping my car clean!

Having just leased a new car I was concerned with keeping the seats from the destruction of my new puppy.

I tried blankets, towels, tarps, bed sheets and purchased many car seat covers from various sources. I found that nothing stayed in place, was not water resistant, did not wash well, looked awful, fell apart or was difficult to install and remove.

In my frustration to meet all of my needs, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create what I felt would work.

After a few tries I am finally happy with the result and am proud to offer it to other frustrated dog owners!

I began by producing custom made covers and still do, but realized after creating a myriad of patterns that most cars could be accommodated with one of three or four basic designs.

So I am now happy to bring this product to those who love their dogs and want less stress in their lives.

My canine buddy Keisha is also happy.

She goes to the beach regularly; she loves the water and most especially playing in the sand.

If we aren't at the beach she is in the forest finding as many mud puddles as she can.

I don't fret anymore and she loves her walks. I love that I can remove the cover to accommodate my human passengers quickly.

And my human passengers love that they don't have to leave my car carrying Keisha's fur and mud on their clothes.
